1. Payment conditions
1.1 Availability products and prices
The availability of the product is always indicated within the product detail page. The price of the products and the cost of shipping services include VAT.
1.2 Payment methods
Credit card
We accept the most common credit cards, also prepaid and rechargeable, emitted exclusively on the Italian territory. With the payment by credit card, no type of supplement will not be charged.
Paypal
Paypal is an online payment system that provides for the opening of an account at Paypal. In case of cancellation, the amount is reimbursed to the customer's PayPal account. Payments are accepted exclusively by registered users on the Italian Paypal website.
Bank transfer

Scalapay: pay up to 3 installments by credit card

2.3 Delivery methods
Deliveries are facing the road (not on the floor) on working days from 08:30 to 18:00. The first delivery is made without notice. In case of absence of the customer, the courier leaves a passage notice (coupon inside the mailbox or sticker on the bell) and considers the delivery day the next working day. In case of further absence, the courier will signal the stock of the package to the customer service, the stock of the package at the local courier warehouse or the post office that performs the deposit service. In any case, I-Home Srl cannot be held responsible for any discrepancy attributable to incorrect communication by the manufacturer or supplier of which he could not be aware with the use of normal diligence.
The warehouse stocks are not synchronized in real time, therefore, it is possible that some product is available even if exhausted.
In such cases, our Customer Service will contact you within 2-3 working days of receiving the payment confirmation and will be at your disposal to solve the problem. The customer will choose to choose whether to wait for the availability of the product or receive the full refund of the above which takes place in the shortest possible time and in any case within a maximum of 30 days.
