Right of withdrawal

Internet sales of our products are identified as distance contracts, therefore regulated according to Legislative Decree no. 206/05 (art. 50 to 68) which regulates the matter of distance contracts, i.e. carried out outside commercial premises.
If the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form to I-Home s.r.l.), he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send I-Home s.r.l. a written communication to this effect, and within 14 days of communication of the withdrawal also arrange for the shipment of the aforementioned purchased goods (request the return address from the seller).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day ("in the case of a sales contract: «on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.").

This declaration can also be made through your Account (To which you must be logged in) on the site www.iperbriko.it. If you choose this option, we will send you without delay a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium, for example by email
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
The Right of Withdrawal is subject to exceptions and exclusions regulated by Legislative Decree 21/2014.
We also remind you that the withdrawal provides for the reimbursement of shipping costs.

Return times

Please send the goods back or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14 day period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

Pursuant to Art. 57, paragraph 1, Legislative Decree 206/2005, it is the consumer's responsibility to send the goods at his own expense, no later than 14 days from the communication of exercise of the right of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, excluding delivery costs.
The refund may be withheld beyond 14 days only until you have demonstrated that you have sent back the goods or until they have been received by us, whichever occurs first.
These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement (The reimbursement may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer demonstrates that he has sent the goods back, whichever is earlier).
You are only responsible for diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Applicable law and competent court These General Conditions and the relationships between I-Home s.r.l., Viale Liegi, 58, Rome (RM) and the consumer are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic.
Any dispute inherent, deriving from or in any case connected to these General Conditions of Contract will be referred to the jurisdiction of the Court in the event that the purchaser is a private individual acting for purposes unrelated to the exercise of the business or professional activity, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction lies with the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the territory of the State.
Consumers resident in Europe are informed that the European Commission has established an online platform that provides an alternative dispute resolution tool. This tool can be used by European Consumers to resolve non-judicial disputes relating to contracts for the sale of goods and services stipulated online and/or deriving from them.
