Perseo gas pizza oven
The Perseo LPG gas pizza oven is an excellent choice for pizza lovers. With dimensions of 45×60×32 cm and a weight of 18.5 kg, this portable oven is made with an 8 mm painted steel structure and an internal chamber in AISI 430 stainless steel, insulated with ceramic fibre. It is equipped with a cordierite refractory stone certified for food use, which guarantees perfect cooking. The side burner allows temperatures of up to 500°C to be reached, with snap-on piezo ignition and safety thermocouple. The cooking chamber measures 33×42.7 cm and the inlet is 33.5×12 cm. The oven runs on LPG gas, heats up in about 30 minutes and allows you to cook pizza in just 60–90 seconds. Product certified according to CE 498:2012 regulation.
